Employee Referral Program:
Dawn believes an effective way of increasing the success of hiring and retaining good people can fall in the hands of its own employees. The company encourages employees to refer friends, colleagues, and people you previously worked with for job vacancies. All Dawn employees other than those working in key managerial roles, are eligible to participate in the employee referral program.
In order for the bonus to be paid, the applicant must indicate the name of the referring employee on the employee application when it is submitted. Bonus to be paid for a full time position is $1,500 USD, $750 USD after completion of 3 months and remaining $750 USD after completing 6 months of employment.

Software Engineer will ascertain design intent, functions and requirements. Convert requirements into software solutions and brief. Determine the feasibility and scope of development solutions. Evaluate and develop different approaches of design solutions. Analyze system requirements of design. Analyze existing design and the impact and compatibility of new features. Develop technical and functional specifications. Take direction and design architecture of software solution. Develop and improve technology roadmap to achieve architectural goals.
